Payments
All prices listed are GST inclusive and in NZ dollars. Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard. Customers can be confident that their personal details are protected and used only for purposes of transaction fulfilment. CM Collecting Memories NZ Limited does not store any cardholder information.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Collecting Memories soy candles, scented diffusers or other purchase please contact us via email within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a refund or exchange will only be given if the product is still in the same condition, original packaging and hasn’t been used or misused or general lack of care.
If these conditions are not met then a refund of replacement will not be given.
If a product proves to be faulty Collecting Memories NZ Ltd will either replace or refund on proof of faults or flaws with the manufacture.
Shipping & Delivery
For all NZ orders deliveries will take 2-8 days. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $100 to NZ addresses. Collecting Memories NZ Ltd will courier your goods to the allocated address given. Please provide any special instructions in the cart section. We cannot post to a PO Box. Please contact us for shipping/delivery outside New Zealand.
